What do I need to use CITSPOS?

A DAXONET AC Gateway account. CITSPOS cannot be used without it. DAXONET gives you the Server URL, Client ID, Client Secret, Account Book ID and a login. You also need an Android phone or tablet with internet.

How do I install and update the app?

Download it from the download page on the phone and open the file. After that the app updates itself when a new version is released. See the release notes for what changed.

Yes. Every new install has a free trial; the days left are shown on the home screen. Tap Buy full version to get a Product ID (PID), which never expires.

I forgot my login password.

Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and send the code shown to your administrator or to us. You will get an unlock code to set a new password.

What is the lock PIN? How do I change it?

The 🔒 on the home screen keeps the app on screen. The default PIN to release it is 0000. An administrator changes it in Settings → Lock screen PIN. See Counter device for a full lock.

Yes. In Receipt (OR), choose the customer: all unpaid invoices and debit notes in the account book are listed, wherever they were made.

Why is there no e-Invoice QR code on my receipt?

The QR code appears only after the document has been submitted and validated for e-Invoice. Open the document and print again; the app fetches the latest status. Check that “e-Invoice QR” is switched on in the receipt design.
